To avoid color variations, always install wallpaper from the same lot number. When you place an order on our website, we’ll ship all rolls from the same lot. For reorders, include your original lot number in the checkout notes to help ensure a match.

After placing an order, you’ll receive two emails: one confirming your order and another with tracking information once it ships. Please note, it may take up to one full business day for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Before installing, please inspect the product for color match, trim match and print or other defects. If there are visual defects or color variation between the same lot, please stop the project and Contact Us.

Lolliprops, Inc., DBA Tempaper & Co., warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. We stand behind the quality of our products but should you receive defective product, our warranty covers replacement product only for verified defective product. All wallpaper should be applied to a properly prepared surface in accordance with the directions provided with the product. This warranty will not apply to
any product that is improperly installed, is used for purposes other than the purpose for which it was designed, that has been modified, or that has suffered any abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.
