Free ground shipping on all domestic orders $50 or more. Exclusions apply:
• Valid only on decals, prints sold by the roll, prints sold by the panel, tools, and accessories, and vinyl floor rugs. No code necessary.
• Expedited shipping available for a fee.
• Applies only to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
• Ineligible items include: custom orders, murals and Chinoiserie.
• If the items qualify for free shipping but your order also contains ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
• Fees may apply if a signature is required at delivery.
• May be used in conjunction with a promotion code.
• The qualifying amount is the subtotal of the products purchased before the promotion code is applied and before sales tax is applied.
• Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
Expedited shipping is available.
International Orders will ship via Fedex which is determined based on price. For an estimate of shipping costs please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Orders received after 1:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following day.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional cost. Choose Saturday delivery at check out.
• There are certain dates (major holidays) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
• Orders over $1000 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEES
We do not offer a money back guarantee, however, we will accept returns if the product is returned in its original and sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Products purchased through Tempaper may be returned within 30 days from your original purchase from our website, tempaper.com. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Upon receipt of your return, Tempaper will process a credit to your credit card. Customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
Custom orders, custom decals, prints sold by the square foot, sold by the panel, sale items, and final sale orders are not returnable/refundable unless there is a visible defect with the item (e.g. printing defect with the pattern).
You must follow the Tempaper return procedure below to receive a credit.
Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason.
If you would like to return wallpaper purchased through a retailer, and not through our website, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Tempaper will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no restocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
How to Return
To request a return, please email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to include the order number and reason for your return in your e-mail. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted.
For a return due to defect or damage: Once your return request is accepted, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10-15 business days. For questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 732-920-2654.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
