Shipping

Free ground shipping on all domestic orders $99 or more. Exclusions apply:

No code necessary.
Expedited shipping available for a fee.
Applies only to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
If the items qualify for free shipping but your order also contains ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
Fees may apply if a signature is required at delivery.
May be used in conjunction with a promotion code.
The qualifying amount is the subtotal of the products purchased after any other promotions or discounts are applied and excludes sales tax.
Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.

Domestic Orders
Expedited shipping is available.

International Orders
Orders will ship via Fedex which is determined based on price. For an estimate of shipping costs please contact atyourservice@tempaper.com. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
Orders received after 1:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional cost. Choose Saturday delivery at check out.
There are certain dates (major holidays) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
Orders over $1000 in value will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Products purchased directly from Tempaper may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original product packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will not be charged return shipping or handling fees. We’ll ship the replacement once we’ve confirmed the item is in original condition and packaging.

Please note:

Samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom printed items, products sold by the square foot, sold by the panel, or marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a visible defect.
Returns for items purchased through a third-party retailer must be processed through that retailer.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or shipping error, we'll replace the item at no cost. You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping charges will be waived for affected items. To report damages or defects, please email atyourservice@tempaper.com for assistance.

Sales Tax

Orders being delivered to the following states will also be subject to sales tax: Florida and New Jersey

Track Your Order

If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
