- Applies only to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO ZIP codes. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories do not qualify.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
- Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays.
- Delivery time is typically 2 to 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
- If the items qualify for free shipping but your order also contains ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- Fees may apply if a signature is required at delivery.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotion code.
- The qualifying amount is based on your product subtotal after any promotions or discounts are applied, excluding sales tax.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options are available for most products for an additional fee.
- Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the same business day.
- Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the next business day.
International Orders
- Orders will ship via FedEx or UPS depending on destination and carrier availability. For an estimate of shipping costs, please Contact Us.
- Duties, taxes, import fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier, customs broker, or customs authority prior to or at delivery.
Delivery
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is ready for pickup by the carrier. If your tracking number is generated after the carrier's daily pickup, your order will leave our warehouse the next business day.
- Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit time varies by location and is typically 2 to 7 business days.
- Carriers do not provide pickup or delivery services on certain holidays.
- We ship from multiple warehouses, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
- Orders over $1000 in value require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
Eligible products purchased directly from Tempaper & Co. may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any shipping fees, within 10 to 15 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges for orders shipped to U.S. addresses will not be charged return shipping or replacement shipping fees. We’ll ship the replacement once we’ve confirmed the item is in original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Samples, sample books and sample rings are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom printed items (including all items printed on demand or made to order), wall murals, products sold by the square foot, sold by the panel, or marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a visible defect.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Returns for items purchased through a third-party retailer must be processed through that retailer.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If your order arrives with shipping damage or you received the incorrect item due to a shipping error, we will replace the item at no cost if reported within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be waived for affected items.
Before installing, please inspect all product to confirm all rolls of the same pattern are from the same lot, and check for color match, trim match, and any print or other visual defects. If there are any visual defects or color variation within the same lot, please stop installation and contact Contact Us.
Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship are covered under our Limited Product Warranty and are eligible for replacement of verified defective product only. For full warranty terms, please refer to the Limited Product Warranty section on our Customer Service page.
Returned Packages Due to Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to Tempaper because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or otherwise unable to be delivered by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
If the order is not reshipped, a refund will be issued for the merchandise purchased less any outbound and return shipping charges incurred by Tempaper. This policy applies to all orders, including those that originally qualified for free shipping.
Sales Tax
Orders being delivered to the following states will also be subject to sales tax: Florida and New Jersey
Track Your Order
If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
