What is Straight Match Wallpaper?

Straight match means that all the strips/panels will line up the same at the ceiling line.

Our Top Tips For Applying Straight Match Prints:

• Pre-cut your panels prior to help minimize waste

• Roundup in your order. Because you have to line up this pattern both horizontally and vertically, you will have more waste.

If you do not feel you need to order more, please keep note of your LOT NUMBER when you receive your rolls in case you have to re-order. Lot numbers can be found on the label of each roll, near the barcode.

What is Drop Match Wallpaper?

Drop match means that every other strip/panel will line up the same at the top of the ceiling line. The patterns of drop match designs must be lined up both vertically and horizontally.

Understanding the Different Types of Drop Match Wallpaper

There are two types of drop match wallpaper: Half Drop and Multiple Drop

A Half Drop refers to when the print within the panel will run diagonally across the wall. It takes 3 strips/panels to complete the design.

A Multiple Drop match is when it would take four or more strips/panels to repeat the pattern

Our Top Tips For Applying Drop Match Prints:

• Pre-cut your panels prior to help minimize waste

• Work with 2 rolls side by side to avoid waste

• Roundup in your order. Because you have to line up this pattern both horizontally and vertically, you will have more waste.

If you do not feel you need to order more, please keep note of your LOT NUMBER when you receive your rolls in case you have to re-order. Lot numbers can be found on the label of each roll, near the barcode.
