City Peel and Stick Wallpaper Border

Wall paper is FINALLY up! Avion picked out this wall paper a couple years ago for the nursery. We saw it through the window of a furniture store. Then at the beginning of 2021 he rearranged every single bedroom to prepare for the nursery. So this has been years in the making to have this wall paper officially up in a nursery!! The delay was due to some other events in between and behind the scenes. Swipe to image 3 😅 The wall paper was originally supposed to go in the room avions holding Emiko in. I thought it would be cool to get a before photo - of her as a baby in her bedroom before it was built. And swipe to image 4 - a lil family photo of us in front with Emiko still in the belly before construction started. I thought it would be an awesome memory to look back on 🥹 and frame a before and after. We had started this process back in February… with some big visions and hopes. I grew up having both of my grandmas houses be the central hub of gatherings and visits. As an only child who lived far away from any of my family - I deeply felt how important it was to have that gathering experience. Being pregnant opened our eyes to wanting to provide that beautiful experience for baby and for family and friends to be able to comfortably & functionally be around and celebrate with each other for many years. But surprise 😅 the finish date kept getting pushed further and further out while interest rates kept rising and rising. Our completely affordable new construction home became the wrong plan financially for our family and we had to say no. Whew 😰 that was a heavy heavy heavy decision to make. And ironically - we felt so much LIGHTER after… well lighter after we didn’t end up having to higher a lawyer and the legalities and refunds all worked out 😅 * Continued in comments *
