"I wanted to love this! I absolutely adore the design and was really hopeful it would work on our small wall in our powder bathroom. Unfortunately, the lines on the pattern doesn’t line up making it very hard to apply. As we pushed down to seal the paper, the black bleeds into the white. Additionally, any and all bumps on the wall showed through the white parts and just wouldn’t stick. Sadly, we had to throw it away."

Q&A

The video provided gives very little in terms of helpful tips for installation. It would be very helpful to know if I need to overlap each piece by a 1/4" to account for shrinkage of the walllpaper. Many of the online DIY videos that are actually helpful (unlike the one on your website) say that paper should be overlapped. Your website says it depends on the design and that one should check the design specifications. Unfortunately there is no mention of this. So does the scalloped design need to be overlapped or not?: Thank you for reaching out! Yes, typically we do recommend just a slight overlap of your seams...maybe 1/8 of an inch. This will help prevent seam splitting in areas of extreme temperature variance. I hope this helps!
