Disappointed is an understatement

"If you have a wall that requires more than one roll of wallpaper, do not buy this wallpaper. First I ordered one double roll to make sure I liked it, but it took 3 weeks to get delivered. I didn’t have time to wait, and had to order the rest of the paper. I purchased two more rolls, one double and one single in the Green Moss Toile and guess what, they don’t match in color. How does that happen? The two rolls I ordered last got delivered that same week, but I still did not have my first order. After putting up both the double rolls, I have discovered that they are completely different variations of the colors. There is an apparent line where you can see the change in color. Frustrated, I contacted customer service who told me that it was my fault for not waiting for my original order so that I can put the lot number for the paper in my second order to match? Not sure how to do that if I don’t even have my order. Also- how can the color vary so much if it’s the same paper? I spent a lot of money on it and it looks terrible. You would be better off ordering from Amazon, target, etc. I’m sure their wallpaper matches in color. Disappointed is an understatement, I will never order from this company again."
